We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Laboratory Manager to oversee and lead our advanced testing laboratory.

• Manage the overall operations of the industrial laboratory, including soil, chemical, water, geotechnical, and special testing services.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of lab technicians, engineers, and quality control personnel.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of laboratory tests in accordance with industry standards (e.g., BS, ASTM, AASHTO).
• Oversee geotechnical investigations, including borehole logging, sampling, and coordination with field teams.
• Maintain compliance with relevant UAE regulations and international quality standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001).
• Review and approve technical reports and test results before client submission.
• Monitor and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
• Manage procurement of lab consumables, chemicals, and testing equipment.
• Lead audits and inspections by external regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
