The Role This position is responsible for managing and developing an established industrial lubrications distribution network while driving sustainable commercial growth. You will take ownership of distributor performance, fluid management services, and new business development, acting as the primary commercial and technical interface for channel partners across the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver all activities required for the Fluid Management Service Develop and grow an existing sales base of approximately £3m Proactively manage and develop the distributor base to ensure partners add value and operate within agreed commercial guidelines Ensure long-term, value-driven distributor relationships are in place Maintain an annual business plan and sales target, approved by Sales Managers Execute commercial plans to deliver revenue growth and improved profitability dentify and develop new business opportunities alongside channel partners Provide technical and commercial support to convert opportunities into sales Monitor market trends and customer demand to shape partner strategy and achievable sales goals Ensure channel partners are aligned with company goals, values, and branding standards Act as the first point of contact for all technical and commercial distributor queries Ensure sales performance and gross margin remain on track against approved budgets Essential Proven sales experience within manufacturing or industrial markets Experience selling consumable products from a manufacturer via MRO distribution channels Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage plans, targets, and budgets Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely High level of IT literacy, particularly using Microsoft tools Desirable · Experience within industrial lubrication or related applications What’s on offer Competitive salary Bonus scheme aligned to channel partner performance Holiday entitlement above statutory Defined pension scheme ·iscounted private medical cover Working hours: 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
