• Independently operate CtL machines which includes but not limited to shredders, granulators, hammer mills, Swecos, pumps, squeeze presses, air compressors, conveyor systems, turbo dryers, friction washers, KICE systems, vibration tables, and transport equipment
• Supports Production Scheduling for Department Check-In Lines with Production Management, initiate/prepare internal operational reports, and maintaining department inventory levels
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues within the department
• Help to develop and implement procedures for improving operations reducing cost without compromising product quality
• Work with the Management Team to develop and support processes that meet safety codes, policy, and guidelines
• Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, and outstanding communications and labor and employee relations
• Ensure practices and procedures are developed and implemented to consistently deliver high quality products services and commercially sustainable material recovery
• Other duties as assigned. Adhere to legal and company policies regarding a safe and clean workplace for all team members
