Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic / PLC Controls Technician to support and maintain our automated production equipment. This is a critical role focused on minimizing downtime, troubleshooting issues in real time, and improving overall equipment performance. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs. Position Overview In this role, you will: Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment in real time Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives This is a hands-on role working directly on the production floor with a focus on keeping operations running efficiently.
