What You’ll Do: * Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines, facilities services, and conveyor systems. * Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments. * Layout, install, adjust, and maintain a variety of electrical equipment such as wiring, motors, switches, switchboards, and electrical mechanisms. * Diagnose and remedy any electrical issues quickly to avoid shutdowns. * Diagnose and remedy the trouble, determine necessary repairs, and tear down and reassemble machines. * Prepare mechanical maintenance shift reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and work order repairs. What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Technical knowledge of automated production machine equipment and maintenance required. * Must be able to work from blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and wiring diagrams. * Ability to use common precision measurement gages, multimeters, and basic machine shop equipment. * Must be able to stand/walk for a 12-hour shift. * Must complete 24/40-hour HazWoper Training and be medically qualified to wear respiratory protection. * Must be able to push/pull/ lift at least 45 lbs. individually and 50 lbs. with the help of a team member. * Physically able to pass spirometry exam for test fitting of respiratory equipment.   * Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, HAZWOPER, and ISO14001 Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
