Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment and production lines. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment, including converting, chemical, and packaging operations. Key Responsibilities : Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Work closely with production and engineering teams Qualifications: Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery and production lines Ability to read mechanical diagrams and manuals is a plus Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Requirements Work Requirements: Must work in a safe, clean and ethical manner at all times Occasional travel off-site for the purpose of: Training and information gathering to support the implementation of new production equipment Obtaining parts to get machines and equipment back into production Completion of training and applicable certification for forklift, high lift, boom lift, and lock out tagout Must work well with others Effective communicator, and able to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently Must possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn and have good attendance
