This is a full-time, road-based position (service truck provided) with travel across Ontario—most nights you’ll be home. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, advanced welding skills, and experience leading crews on industrial installations. This role is perfect for someone who can balance hands-on work with team leadership and mentoring.

• Pay: up to $45.00/HR

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead and supervise a crew of up to 10 on equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Plan and delegate daily tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Perform advanced welding and fabrication tasks as required for equipment installation and repair.
• Provide hands-on support with mechanical troubleshooting and installations while guiding team members.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist with troubleshooting and project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and oversee the use of CMMS to track maintenance activities.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members to enhance technical skills, welding capabilities, and teamwork.
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
