JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Assistant to support preventative maintenance and repairs in our production facility. This role is a great opportunity to learn new industrial skills and contribute to Cosset’s ISO certification goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Knowledge of hand and power tools
Understanding of Lockout/Tagout and OSHA safety procedures
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physical, industrial environments
Team player with good communication skills

Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems
Troubleshoot hydraulic presses, conveyor systems, sensors, and applicators
Complete and document work orders accurately
Assist with building maintenance (painting, electrical, plumbing)
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve operations
Follow GMP, OSHA, and ISO procedures
Practice Lockout/Tagout and maintain safety standards
