THE COMPENSATION

Range from $25 - $39/hour, depending on skill and experience level, paid bi-weekly.
This non-exempt, hourly position is eligible for overtime.

THE KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Hands-on experience with servo drives, CNC machining equipment, and three-phase transformers preferred
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation equipment
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical control diagrams
  • Technical education or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with mechanically inclined mindset
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance documentation systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety focus
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving equipment requirements

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching to reach and service machinery
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Manual dexterity for precision work with tools and small components
  • Visual acuity to inspect machinery and read technical documentation
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, noise, and confined spaces
