Our Maintenance Technicians keep all plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good working condition and repair by performing mechanical duties throughout the entire plant including electrical, plumbing, and welding. A typical day could include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Performing preventive maintenance to glass fabrication machinery
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures
  • Dismantling machines, replacing defective parts, making any necessary adjustments to ensure the machines are operating efficiently
  • Fabricating machine guards, installing or repairing conveyers, and replacing motors and pumps
  • Maintaining fluid collection or distribution equipment or repairing electro-mechanical equipment.
