Requirements Contribute to maintenance planning, production standards, and problem-solving Evaluate and ensure the reliability of facility systems and equipment Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system tests Tackle a variety of mechanical tasks: low voltage electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and more Diagnose and repair processors, relays, rollers, drives, and mechanical/electrical systems Read and interpret technical documents and reports Problem-solve complex maintenance issues with strong analytical skills Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; keep the facility neat and operational Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery efficiently Fabricate and repair machine guards, conveyors, pumps, and electro-mechanical equipment Stay updated on technical knowledge and OSHA regulation Other Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Specialized training in mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to read and write in English; bilingual preferred 2-5 years of machine maintenance experience required Experience in electrical-240v, welding, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and HVAC Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing maintenance experience highly preferred Glass industry experience is a bonus (but not required!)
