Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment issues Perform welding, fabrication, and minor machining as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain maintenance logs and documentation Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Assist with equipment installations and upgrades Requirements Qualifications Required: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automation systems Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Basic computer skills for CMMS systems Preferred: PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Welding certification Industrial Maintenance Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement Career advancement opportunities Why Join Us?
