Description Publication Printers Corporation is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our night shift maintenance team in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who wants stable full-time work, a compressed schedule, and the opportunity to work on large-scale printing, bindery, mailing, and production equipment. Pay: $30–$45/hour, based on experience, electrical/mechanical skills, PLC exposure, and manufacturing background. Schedule: Night shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Work 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, with every other Sunday. Available schedules may include: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Sunday OR Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, every other Sunday What You’ll Work On You will support production equipment in Pressroom, Bindery, Mailing, Shipping, and other manufacturing areas. Equipment may include mechanical systems, motors, sensors, conveyors, pneumatic components, electrical controls, production machinery, and facility-related equipment. What You’ll Do · Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues. · Respond to production breakdowns and help return equipment to operation. · Perform preventive maintenance on pressroom, bindery, mailing, and support equipment. · Work with operators and department leadership to identify issues and needed parts. · Maintain a safe, respectful, and cooperative work environment. · Perform other maintenance-related tasks as needed. Requirements Minimum Qualifications · Mechanical troubleshooting experience. · Basic electrical knowledge or willingness to develop electrical skills. · Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule. · Ability to use hand tools, measuring tools, and maintenance equipment safely. · Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety and production needs. · Self-driven and able to work independently or with a team. Preferred Qualifications · Manufacturing maintenance experience. · Electrical and mechanical training, certifications, or hands-on experience. · PLC background or PLC troubleshooting exposure. · Experience with motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, packaging, printing, bindery, mailing, or production equipment. · Printing industry experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, packaging, food production, warehouse automation, automotive, diesel, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair are encouraged to apply.
