INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years Experience Servicing, Maintaining, and Installing CNC Machines required
• Industrial electrical/mechanical repair experience required
• CNC Machine Tool experience required
• Experience with spindles, ball screws and linear guides required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, PLC ladder diagrams, hydraulic/pneumatic layouts, and/or blueprints required
• Valid drivers license required
• Willing to travel to surrounding areas required

• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machine tools including lathes, mills, and multi-axis machining centers at customer sites
• Will travel to perform diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems, carry out preventive maintenance, and provide hands on technical support and training to machine operators and machinists
• Interpreting Blueprints and manufacturer specifications to determine the best installation or repair procedures
