MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to perform highly diversified duties to install, repair, and maintain production machines and packaging equipment.
· Mechanical ability to determine corrective action required on equipment to return back to service including; Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair, and programming issues.
· Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
· Comply with safety regulations, multitask, and be detail orientated in a MUST.

· Perform both scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment and emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
· Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
· Repair and maintenance of supporting infrastructure systems (compressed air, cooling, water, HVAC, lighting, etc.)
· Responsible for completing documentation for all maintenance work and communicate situations with managers.
