   Weekend Shift - Industrial Maintenance Technician Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including preventative maintenance tasks. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production equipment. - Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service. - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and control systems. - Conduct equipment inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. - Document all repairs, maintenance, and inspections in a detailed and timely manner. - Collaborate with production staff and other technicians to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.   Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred or experience in the trades. - 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. (preferred) - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Experience with PLCs, control systems, and automated machinery. - Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. - General computer (Microsoft) and Apple iPad knowledge preferred - Knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management software is a plus  - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime    Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Ability to stand, walk, and work in various positions for extended periods. - Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and around heavy machinery.
