Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician for a specialized manufacturing facility in Windsor, CT.
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00AM–5:00PM | Full-Time
Duties: Support a high-tech manufacturing facility serving the aerospace, defense, medical, and energy sectors. This role focuses on machine repair, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment calibration in an industrial environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical certification or formal technical training preferred
• 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical/mechanical repair
• Strong blueprint reading and schematic interpretation skills
• Proficient with electrical tools and safety procedures
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards for safety and quality

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and electrical systems
• Perform machine calibration and testing to ensure production accuracy
• Read, interpret, and translate electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Handle high-voltage electrical systems (140+ volts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain documentation for all service and repair activities
