Could you be the full-time Industrial Services Manager in the Nordics we’re looking for?

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in the sustainable mobility field of trains. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You’ll report to the Head of Industrial Services Nordics and mobilize a project team to prepare for maintenance operations commencing in 2026, focusing on operational readiness and contract deliverables. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance, operations, procurement), develop operational principles for depot management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of setting out maintenance planning and execution strategies, but also secure the industrialization of technical documentation.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining key operational principles for depot management, including staffing and tooling
  • Setting out the plan for reaching contractual obligations for maintenance planning and execution
  • Securing the industrialization of technical documentation by applying lean production principles
  • Defining and managing production means and tools for project execution activities
  • Implementing and leading the Project Make or Buy strategy for all deliverables
  • Defining and implementing the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special Processes
  • Delivering Industrial Planning milestones according to Design for Quality (DFQ)

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Proven experience in production management with a track record of high standards and productivity
  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or understanding of the railway industry or other transportation/travel industries
  • Strong initiative-taking and collaborative skills to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
  • Fluency in English and Danis
