Summary
We are looking for an “Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician (f/m/d)” for the “Repairs & Retrofit Systems Land” division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “Land Repair & Retrofit Systems” division repairs and produces sensors and complete systems for long-range surveillance vehicles. We work with military customers nationally and internationally, where our systems are used to protect troops and objects in foreign operations.

Your Tasks

  • Checking orders for completeness and correctness, clarifying discrepancies if necessary
  • Independent assembly of complex sub-assemblies and main assemblies in accordance with the production documents
  • Independent final assembly and adjustment of the entire device
  • Cleaning optical surfaces and devices
  • Carrying out wiring, soldering and bonding work
  • Carrying out intermediate tests according to given specifications
  • Checking the interaction of individual components and assemblies and carrying out readjustments
  • Acceptance of finished devices
  • Supporting the repair of optoelectronic vision systems for use on vehicles for monitoring purposes
  • Carrying out quality assurance and documenting the entire production and acceptance process

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable vocational training
  • Professional experience in the assembly of optical and / or mechanical devices
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Knowledge of working with precision mechanical, electronic and optical parts and assemblies
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Independent working style, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Strong performance and quality awareness
  • Good knowledge of German
