THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
  • Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment such as pumps, conveyors, gear boxes, and automated packaging systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine work procedures.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes and jacks during installations or repairs.
  • Fabricate or modify parts using machine tools such as lathes and grinders.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and collaborate with production teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and confined space procedures.
