KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified 433A or 442A Millwright/Electrician License an asset
• 2+ years experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC mills and lathes
• Must be prepared to work extra hours and weekends when required
• Must be able to understand and read blue prints
• Must be able to understand written and verbal forms of communication
• Must have own tools

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on all machines
• Troubleshoot and repair manual/CNC lathes, mills, and other industrial equipment
• Interface with outside contractors, source and order replacement components
• Read machine blueprints
• Conduct general plant & facility maintenance and repair
• Install new machinery & components
• Work independently
• Practice good communication with employees at all levels
• Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress or emergency situations, priority changes, or schedule adjustments
• Interact professionally with other team members
• Work in an environmentally responsible manner consistent with company ISO14001 objectives
• Understand and support company philosophies, goals, and directions
• Follow the Plant standards in areas of housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork.
