We specialize in designing and manufacturing mission-critical cooling systems for industrial processes where reliability is paramount. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Assembler to join our second-shift operations team. This role is heavily focused on mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation work on industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, precision craftsmanship, and a background in mechanical trades. Location This position is based at our Augusta, GA facility off Tobacco Rd. and requires in-person work. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before their start date. Schedule Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM ey Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components (sheet metal, frames, housings) Fabricate, cut, thread, and install piping, valves, and fittings Install filter racks, coils, and subassemblies Apply and seal insulation on piping and components Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools with precision instruments Rig, lift, and align heavy assemblies Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy Prepare and secure units for shipment Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in HVAC assembly, fabrication, or related trades (pipefitting, sheet metal, millwright) Skilled in brazing or soldering joints Knowledge of piping systems (copper, steel, PVC) Experience with alignment, leveling, and rigging tools Ability to troubleshoot assembly issues Production/manufacturing experience with lean practices Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $22.00 Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off Holiday pay Requirements Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on skills Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions Proficient with measuring tools (tape, ruler, calipers; fractions) Ability to assemble/install piping systems and fittings Skilled with hand, pneumatic, and power tools Experience applying insulation and finishing work Ability to manufacture HVAC units to spec with quality control Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed Perform routine maintenance on tools and workspace Follow all company and OSHA safety rules (PPE, material handling) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Physically able to lift and move materials/components Reliable transportation to Augusta, GA facility Must pass pre-employment drug screen
