As a Millwright, you’ll ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the maintenance, production, and engineering teams to maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Install, assemble, and align mechanical components, machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Document maintenance activities and generate reports as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements, including workplace safety and environmental policies.
