REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related field.
• Previous experience in occupational health, industrial clinics, or emergency response is an advantage.
• First Aid & CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report writing.

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Assist in conducting employee health screenings and medical check-ups.
• Maintain accurate medical records, injury reports, and treatment logs.
• Monitor employee health conditions and ensure compliance with workplace health standards.
• Support occupational health and safety programs and provide health education to employees.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company health policies.
• Maintain and restock medical supplies and first aid kits.
• Ensure medical equipment is functional and sanitized.
• Schedule medical check-ups and follow-ups for employees.
• Prepare reports on workplace injuries, illnesses, and health trends.
• Assist HR and management in implementing workplace health policies and wellness programs.
