The Australian Services Union NSW & ACT (Services) Branch (ASU) is seeking to employ an Industrial Officer who shares our values and is ready to support ASU members in securing fair pay, safe working conditions, and resolving workplace issues.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent members in workplace disputes and grievances.
  • Provide industrial advice and advocacy.
  • Support campaigns and contribute to broader union goals.
  • Apply relevant legislation and sector-specific frameworks (e.g. NDIS Code of Conduct).
  • Conduct industrial research and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Organisers and contribute to member engagement.
