  JOB TITLE:  INDUSTRIAL PAINTER                                                                              PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Industrial Painter position supports the company, and client, in all fabrication painting needs.   This position ensures that all painting needs are conducted in a safe, efficient, accurate, and timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company.   PRIMARY DUTIES: * Prepping fabricated metal components for painting  * Uses various tools and techniques to apply industrial paint on metal products * Act as a liaison between painting department and other departments, to ensure expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment fabrication * Trouble shoot all painting issues for the most efficient way to get the equipment to the customer * Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures * Produce all required documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner * Communicates with the team for ordering and stocking of needed parts, equipment, and supplies * Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and supplies * Foster good working relationships with clients and team members * Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner * Continuous growth of knowledge for all Company products and inventory * Assist with stocking all parts, equipment, and supplies * Maintain a clean work environment * Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management  EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED: * Must have a minimum of 2 years as an industrial painter working in a fabrication shop * Must be knowledgeable of various industrial painting tools and techniques  * Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time * Must be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish assigned projects * Must be detail oriented and organized * Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time in all weather conditions, e.g., hot and cold temperatures * Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs.
