At Tri-W Global, we raise the bar on quality craftsmanship. Position Overview Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time Industrial Painter. This position requires exposure to elements typically found in a paint booth and fabrication environment. Pay will be commensurate with level of expertise and experience in industrial coating applications and frictional blasting. Primary Responsibilities Position involves moderate to high exposure to noise volume in addition to potential contact with chemicals, fumes and gas. Frequent bending, squatting, reaching and climbing are necessary to carry out the duties of this job position and requires the employee to stand or walk approximately 75% of the time. Comply and maintain strict adherence to the company's time and attendance policy. Perform physical and administrative duties and take on additional responsibilities as required. Position also performs frictional blasting and paint prepping of oil & gas equipment. Requirements Applicants must be able to pass an observed drug test and background check. One to two years of experience in an industrial paint shop environment is desirable. Knowledge of forklift operations, frictional blasting, overhead crane and sling use is required. Knowledge of structural steel and piping is a plus. Must be dependable, safety-conscientious and able to work in varying weather conditions and work schedules to include weekends and holidays to meet delivery schedules and/or deadlines.
