We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our paintline team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and naturally helps keep a team on track. You will be involved in multiple stages of the finishing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards every time.

• Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare parts for finishing.
• Apply powder coatings with attention to coverage and consistency.
• Safely operate forklifts and hoists for material handling.
• Prep parts by grinding, polishing, or cleaning surfaces as needed.
• Follow all steps in the finishing process to achieve a flawless finish.
• Help coordinate workflow so each stage of production runs smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
