  • Previous relevant work experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain / Logistics environment.
  • 6 months previous experience working in an administrator role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop the skills necessary to provide leadership and direction to a production team.
  • Develop the skills necessary to ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards (deliver the Master Production Schedule and related KPI’s).
  • Develop the skills necessary to drive a culture of continuous improvement, cost reduction and manage change within a fast paced production environment to maximise efficiency and effectiveness within a team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to aid effective communication and deliver results.
  • Develop the skills necessary to effectively manage a team to increase line performance and develop individuals.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met.
  • Help support the Main Cabin operations function of the business.
