POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure adherence to MSHA and OSHA regulations, and serve as the primary liaison between Triple C, clients, and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of industrial project management experience (manufacturing, maintenance, or heavy industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MSHA and OSHA safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams in a high-demand environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred (experience may substitute).

• Plan, execute, and close out industrial projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, resources, and schedules to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and contractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with MSHA and OSHA safety regulations.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and cost tracking.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project updates, changes, and challenges.
