Responsibilities:
There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep our Stores stocked and ready to serve customers. The Industrial Properties division (IP) provides industrial maintenance, strategic sourcing, design & construction, and engineering services for H-E-B’s manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation locations. Our IP Business Operations Team innovates and executes to optimize operations by analyzing IP processes and systems while providing current, reliable business data, analysis, and technical info.
As an IP Analyst, you’ll develop processes, tools, reports, and provide data analytics to support Industrial Properties’ strategic initiatives such as Maintenance Planning & Advance Scheduling, MRO Inventory Optimization, and development of actionable business metrics/tools.

We are looking for:

• a bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, information management, computer science, or industrial construction/maintenance
• Advanced analytical and project management skills
• 5+ years’ experience
