We are looking for someone who is interested in Quality functions and is an advocate for Continual Improvements. We are seeking a self-motivated person to take on the role of an Industrial Quality Engineer.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS):

Education (Minimum Level)

• Bachelor’s

Field of Study

• Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical or Material Science or relevant.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

• 1 - 3 years

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding Semiconductor and Light-Emitting Diode (LED) device and process is a plus.

• Understanding of Product Design, Materials and Wafer Fab/Thin Film Flip-Chip process.
• Learn and Apply Quality Principles and Automotive Core Tools (APQP,FMEA, SPC, MSA,PPAP).
• Provide comprehensive daily support to QA Operations (Incoming and Outgoing Inspection) and work closely within/inter-departments on issues related to Detection and Defectivity.
• Manage Tools/Equipment for Calibration, Repair and Maintenance
• Take on Operation Performance Metrics for timely reporting.
• Work with various functional teams on Identified Automation opportunities for QA Operations.
• Support Total Continuous Process Improvement and Innovation (TCPII) activities for Site.
