Industrial Quality Manager will be reporting to Industrial Quality Leader supporting Industrial segment achieving quality objectives and meet yearly KPI targets set by leadership.
As a member of quality team, you will be an active contributor and key individual driving quality department KPI’s with cross functional teams such as and not limited to NCR’s, Escapes, Quality culture, quality training’s etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver process improvements that drive customer outcomes, TTI/KPI and leadership behaviors.
  • Analyze and drive customer facing metrics (e.g. Cx, NCRs, COPQ) including trend analysis and improvement plans for Field Services, Repairs, Parts, and Engineering Services for the Segment.
  • Provide operation support for customer meetings, suppliers, factories, and project teams to ensure we maintain the required levels of quality.
  • Drive resolution of quality issues, fronting to customers and suppliers where required and utilizing internal organization to support resolution and prevention.
  • Partner with the global quality team on QMS development, deployment, and auditing (internal and external). Partner with the Lean Organization on methodologies, tools and behaviors.
  • Develop, execute and follow up on improvement plans to reach KPI objectives.
  • Supporting segment MOR’s and operational rhythm with data downloads, analysis and provide key month inputs for Bowler charts or KPI tracker.
  • Expert in deploying problem solving methodologies, Lean and other related quality methodologies. (RCA, 8D, PSR, 5Why, Fishbones, FMEA etc.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • If hired in the U.S. - Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering or Quality Management degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of Quality Management experience within the power generation or related industry; or High School Diploma / GED and 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • If hired outside the U.S. - Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering or Quality Management degree from an accredited college or university and demonstrated years of Quality Management experience within the power generation or related industry; or High School Diploma / GED and significant years of relevant experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
  • Problem Solving Certification.
  • Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
  • Lean Leader
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Good working proficiency on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
    If contracted in the US:

The salary range for this position is $93,500 to $155,900 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.

  • The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
