THE TEAM Working as part of a small team, the department mobilises, organises and influences a wide array of stakeholders. Relationship and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to understand and accept cultural differences and expectations. The team works closely with work group representatives across the network, influencing culture and driving success. THE ROLE You will support the Industrial Relations Business Partner in delivering expertise across specific jurisdictions and within the easyJet network. The role focuses on maintaining positive relationships with union and works council partners, managing industrial agreements, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for negotiations. You will record and manage agreements, advise managers on IR matters, and collaborate with the central IR team to integrate the IR agenda into people plans. You will contribute to projects, maintain knowledge of legislation, ensure compliance, manage the IR knowledge database, and analyse IR data to identify opportunities.
