Description Company Overview Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our industrial team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and supporting the sales process as needed. Work Arrangement This position is on-site; remote work is not available. Requirements Key Responsibilities Work with the Estimator to competitively price one-time bids and annual contracts. Prepare, review, and submit bid and contract documents accurately and on time. Enter opportunities into the quote form for accurate record-keeping. Maintain organized records and filing systems. Act as the primary contact for contract-related inquiries and coordinate with other departments. Track contract performance, generate reports, and provide management with key insights. Support the sales team by assisting with client communications, quotes, and follow-up as needed. Use ERP systems (Part Recognition or equivalent) to manage inventory, contracts, and order tracking. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Experience with ERP systems, preferably Part Recognition or similar. Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the construction or industrial sector. Assessment Candidates invited to interview will complete simple math and spelling exercises, along with an on-the-spot Excel test and ERP system demonstration to confirm proficiency.
