We are seeking a driven Junior Industrial Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the industrial bulk material segment.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Development

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers, prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present tailored products and value-driven solutions to potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs, operations, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.

Product Expertise

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uniking’s product offerings and their applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.

Territory Management

  • Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory’s unique needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements.
