OVERVIEW

We are seeking a resolute Industrial Sales Representative to manage customer accounts and represent our company and its products in the different Mining departments.
Your duties will include establishing contact with potential customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.
Our ideal candidate is goal-driven with strong sales and customer service skills.
Good ethics, honest, determined, responsible, accountable, goal and results oriented, desire to achieve set objectives with a passion for excellence.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales or related fields, preferably in inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales effectively.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
  • A keen understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Mining sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet sales goals and work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Candidate with experience in Mining Sales and Marketing 7-10 years.
  • Technical diploma in the Mining Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through networking and cold calling.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present product offerings and negotiate sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competition activity in industrial sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to management.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product development team.
  • Attend conferences, and industry events to build relationships and grow sales.
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with customer service and coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Produce a biweekly activity and sales report.
