We are looking for an Industrial Sales Representative - Scaffolding Installations . You will spend your time expanding the existing portfolio and gaining new clients. Reporting to the branch in Long Beach, CA, your territory will be from Los Angeles to Bakerfield (mostly day travel).
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually plus uncapped commissions. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of outside sales experience in the construction industry or equivalent education/experience combination.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and visualize forming, shoring, and scaffolding layouts.
Proficiency in business communication, including writing reports and presenting information to various audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to calculate and apply algebraic and geometric concepts.
Problem-solving abilities to navigate non-standardized situations effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing high-value leads.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by addressing their needs and providing technical expertise.
Manage project records to ensure proper job site oversight and generate required reports.
Assist in bidding processes, material takeoffs, and proposal preparation.
Resolve customer issues during the contract setup phase and support Customer Service Representatives (CSR) post-contract.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address client requirements.
Educate clients on terms, conditions, and technical details of products and services.
Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and market penetration.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.
Represent BrandSafway with professionalism and maintain a client-focused demeanor.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
