Description

Summary: Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Company, Inc. is looking for a goal-oriented self-starting Industrial Sales Representative. We work to be an essential partner with the operators of professional laundries. The perspective candidate will be responsible for equipment sales in South Texas, preferably located in the Houston/San Antonio/Austin Triangle.
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Background in industrial, capital equipment, or B2B solution-based selling
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex or premium offerings with value beyond price
  • Ability to build strategic customer relationships and navigate sophisticated purchasing processes
  • Business acumen to understand client operations, pain points, and ROI metrics
  • Comfortable with territory development, lead generation, and segmentation strategy
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability to various customer styles
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to pipeline management
  • Experience working under performance metrics, quotas, and revenue accountability
