Securiguard is now accepting applicants to join our team of Industrial Security Guards. Securiguard has proven expertise in deploying security personnel across BC into remote areas for work in mining camps, oil and gas sites (including pipelines) and hydroelectric facilities such as dams.
Location: Fort St. John, British Columbia

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must live in the Fort St. John/Dawson Creek area
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening testagree not to consume drugs or alcohol while deployed
• Work a 12-hour shifts (day or night) and must be physically fit to work in a remote location
• Must be comfortable working in a wilderness setting for extended periods of time
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have open availabilitybe able to work morning or night shifts

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid BC Security License
• Local residents only
• Customer service experience
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol exam
• Must have a personal vehicle
• Class 5 Driver’s License
• Bear Aware preferred
• CSTS or PCST depending on the site (Asset)
• WHIMIS Preferred
