The Boeing Company is looking for an Industrial Security Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security team in Oklahoma City, OK.
The manager will manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP), and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security
  • 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
  • Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • 3+ years of security-related work experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment
  • 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor employees performing security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conducting security inquiries, overseeing compliance assessments implementation security controls protecting personnel, information and equipment
  • Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations
  • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Assist with team members’ professional development and growth
  • Participating in special projects to solve business unit or enterprise issues
  • Provide backup support to the Senior Industrial Security Manager at the site
