SUMMARY
The Industrial Security Specialist (ISS) will oversee all aspects of the Company’s security program in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM 32) CFR Part 117 in cooperation with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
The ISS will be responsible for managing policies and programs related to personnel clearances, security education and training, facility clearances, asset protection, NISP reporting, visits/meetings, inspections/SVA, derivative classification and marking, and transmission of material.
Ensure that the facility meets all requirements of the National Security Program by performing the following duties:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have experience with understanding government contracting requirements.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to effectively use office computers and Microsoft office software for word processing, spreadsheets; i.e., Excel, Microsoft Word, Project, etc.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Prefer familiarity with use of VIPER Phone.

The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
