Role and Responsibilities and requirements * Sew products after they have been assembled to be sent to trimming * Assemble the parts of the Thermaxx product (per CAD design) and prepare product to move to sewing * Follow schedule of product ship dates as directed * Clean work area DAILY (at the end of shift) * Dispose of waste * Follow Work schedule – Workday Hours * Use iPod and Thermaxx APP (as directed) * Communicate any problems with jacket to QA department and have problem fixed by assembler or supervisor * Use safety equipment provided – report injuries immediately to supervisor or manager * Respect the Employee Handbook * Lead by example; help others to achieve. Promote a good work environment * Other duties that are requested by supervisor or manager Qualifications and Education Requirements Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: * Skills 1. Sewing machine operation and basic maintenance 2. Read CAD drawings 3. Basic Math – use a variety of measuring tools 4. Communication skills * Technology skills – Use iPod with Company APPs.

Responsibilities

The Industrial Sewer is responsible for sewing products after assembly and preparing them for trimming. They must follow the production schedule and maintain a clean work area while communicating any issues to the QA department.
