This is not an hourly position — you are paid per completed unit. Your speed, efficiency, and quality directly determine your earnings. This role is ideal for experienced sewers who prefer independence, flexibility, and performance-based pay. ⚠️ Required Experience (Read Carefully) WALKING FOOT INDUSTRIAL SEWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED You must have hands-on experience with a walking foot industrial sewing machine capable of sewing thick materials (equivalent to a JUKI DNU-1541S with needle positioner).
