About the Role: As an Industrial Solutions Representative, you’ll work closely with customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver effective fluid handling solutions. This role blends technical knowledge, relationship-building, and business development, making it ideal for engineers who want exposure beyond traditional design or manufacturing roles. You’ll receive product training, vendor support, and ongoing mentorship as you grow into the role. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in your assigned territory Learn and apply AGI’s product lines to solve customer challenges Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industries Support customers by responding to inquiries, coordinating solutions, and following orders through completion Attend vendor webinars, factory training, and product education sessions Participate in joint sales calls with vendors and senior sales team members Update customer interactions and activities in AGI’s CRM system Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal engineering, operations, and leadership teams Requirements Who We’re Looking For Ideal candidates include: Recent graduates or students graduating this semester with a degree in: Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering Related engineering or technical field Strong interest in technical sales, customer engagement, and applied engineering Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, motivated, and eager to learn Comfortable traveling within your territory Previous sales experience is helpful but not required—we value curiosity, work ethic, and technical aptitude.
