Job Description Industrial Reporting: Manage industrial-related data inclusive process data & product data, etc. Track & analyze relevant data to provide opportunities for improvement Develop crush and refinery full cost model together with functional team ( commercial, finance) Provide guidance and coaching to industrial team on data statistic methodology to make sure the reports from plants are in line with LDC Standards Deeply involved in the production data visualizations by Microsoft Power BI process, coordinate and provide support between plants and IT. Lean & Six sigma: Facilitate region CI manager to implement six sigma training with industrial field Carry six sigma projects to support plant KPI improvement Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree or above, major in industry engineering, or related is preferred. Experience:5-7 years experience in Oilseed procced industry or fast-selling products industry. Preferred experience in CI & six sigma.
