Description Avance Cabinetry delivers quality materials and pristine finishes for cabinetry that is functional & purposeful utilizing an advanced manufacturing process for efficiency and traditional woodworking methods for stability and craftsmanship. We are seeking a full time, experienced CEFLA Industrial Spray Painter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the paint line machinery to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes to wood cabinetry and other wood products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of various spraying techniques and materials. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial spray paint machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the paint line equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Conduct paint viscosity and thickness tests as needed. Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and SOP’s. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Proven experience operating industrial paint machinery or similar equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to closely follow standard operating procedures. Experience testing paint viscosity and thickness preferred, but willing to teach.
