The Medical Warehouse/Purchasing person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. The primary duty of each employee is to perform their job functions so as to maximize the profits of Norco. Every employee is required to be punctual, efficient, ethical, and professional in conduct and dress and to work as part of a team with a positive attitude with respect for coworkers and customers. * Prepares all items to be shipped on a daily basis * Notifies appropriate parties of shipments received * Places all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis * Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and places orders when necessary * Generate Purchase Orders and Return Goods Authorization information when necessary * Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location and stockpoints * Educates staff on inventory accuracy and reduction of human errors * Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion * Properly receives all items shipped to the company on a daily basis * Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules * Perform other tasks as assigned or needed Additional * Cleans all DME in rental return room according to company policy and places items back in stock on a daily basis * Disinfects all appropriate equipment according to company policy and places items back in stock on a regular basis * Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr Depending on Experience Qualifications * High school graduate or equivalent * Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients/clients * Good organizational and customer service skills * Basic mathematics skills * Basic knowledge of home care medical products and supplies * Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software * applications applicable to the position * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis * Ability to read written materials, PC screen, etc. * Good communications skills * Previous computer experience * Markets the company in a positive and professional manner Benefits Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Health, Vision and Dental Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA)  * Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) * Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco  * Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance options * Employee Tuition Reimbursement * 401(k) with Employer Matching * Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Information Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming. Responsibilities
