Advise industrial occupiers on property strategies that optimise operations. Build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence across the property cycle. Lead client meetings, prepare reports, and act as a key liaison for strategy implementation. Drive business development through market engagement, forums, and targeted outreach. Secure new tenant representation assignments and identify cross-business opportunities. Contribute to financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth. Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of referrals and shared success. Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement. Strong understanding of the industrial property market and leasing fundamentals. Proven success in solution sales to corporate clients at board level.
