Description
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures. Support the development and delivery of EHS training materials and sessions for employees. Participate in safety inspections and audits, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the maintenance of EHS records, including safety data sheets, training logs, and incident reports. Participate in risk assessments and help develop strategies to mitigate identified hazards. Assist in ongoing EHS projects, such as waste management, sustainability initiatives, or emergency preparedness plans. Provide general administrative support to the EHS team as needed. Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Strong interest in environmental health and safety practices and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) is a plus. CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
